Every WigoSend product — Mail and Team — has its own complete 14-day trial, with no payment method required to start.* Mail and Team trials are separate: a Mail trial doesn't include Team's shared-inbox functionality by default, and a Team trial works whether or not you're using WigoSend Mail. There's no permanent free plan — just a real trial, sized so you can properly evaluate the product.

Move between bands as your business changes.
As your team grows, you can move up to a larger capacity band at any time — the new capacity is available as soon as payment is confirmed, and you're only billed the prorated difference for the rest of your current period. No renegotiation, no per-person recalculation.
If your needs shrink, you can move down to a smaller band. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period by default, and only once your usage already fits inside the new band's limits — WigoSend never deletes mailboxes, conversations, templates, or history to force a downgrade through. If something is over the new band's limit, you'll be told exactly what to adjust before the change goes through.

Do you charge per user or per mailbox?
No. WigoSend uses capacity bands for both Mail and Team — you choose a band that fits your organization, and manage your team within it without a per-person charge.
What's included in a capacity band?
For Mail, each band includes active mailboxes, domains, pooled storage, aliases, forwarding rules, and distribution lists. For Team, each band includes active team members, connected channels, shared inboxes, conversation history, templates, tags/statuses, and reporting or automation depending on the band. What happens if I outgrow my band?
You upgrade to the next capacity band. The new capacity is available as soon as payment is confirmed, and you're only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Can I downgrade to a smaller band?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and only once your active usage already fits within the smaller band's limits. If it doesn't, you'll see exactly what needs to change first — nothing is deleted automatically.
What's the difference between integrated and standalone Team pricing?
Integrated Team pricing is the preferred rate available to WigoSend Mail customers. Standalone Team pricing is the standard rate for businesses connecting an email provider hosted elsewhere. Both are complete, fully supported ways to use Team.
Do I need to be a WigoSend Mail customer to use Team?
No. WigoSend Team works on its own with an external email provider. You'll be on standalone Team bands rather than integrated ones.
Is there a free plan?
No. Each product — Mail and Team — has its own complete 14-day trial instead of a permanent free tier.
Do I need a payment method to start a trial?
No. No payment method is required to start a trial, subject to account and domain verification.
What happens if I don't convert my trial to a paid plan?
Your trial ends automatically after 14 days with no charge — we never bill you without confirmation. The exact post-trial state for account access and stored data will be confirmed before launch.
How do I pay?
WigoSend supports convenient payment options including mobile money and cards. Specific providers will be listed at checkout once confirmed.
Is pricing different across Kenya, East Africa, and the wider continent?
Pricing is currently set in Kenyan Shillings (KES) for the Kenyan market. Regional variation as WigoSend expands will be confirmed separately.
Can I use Mail and Team on different capacity bands?
Yes. Mail and Team are priced and managed as independent subscriptions, so your Mail band and Team band don't need to match.
What happens to my Team pricing if I later add WigoSend Mail?
Your Team subscription automatically moves to the integrated rate once your Mail and Team subscriptions share a workspace, billing interval, and currency.
Do prices include tax?
Tax treatment — whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, and any regional variation — will be confirmed before launch and shown in the billing disclaimer above.
